The scope of services that we provide

We can help identify and support with training needs.

Core foundations come first: food safety, allergens, health and safety and fire. Managers and heads of department get leadership sessions that focus on closing actions, running checks and coaching on the floor. High-risk processes, like vac pack and sous-vide, are taught step by step with the microbiology behind the rules, set-up and maintenance of the kit, safe temperatures and times, and how to log it comprehensively.

Where needed, specialist topics are delivered: contractor control, manual handling, slips prevention, cellar safety, knife safety, hot oil, accident reporting and root-cause basics. The aim is the same each time, skills people can use tomorrow.

Teams make safer choices without hunting for policy. Complaints and near misses drop. New starters settle faster because the basics are clear and repeatable.

Vac Pack & Sous‑Vide Training

This course covers both the theory (including microbiology and policy content) and practical aspects of these high risk operations. It includes a detailed overview of the required controls and monitoring and a practical demonstration of the equipment.

Delegates passing this course will be classed as ‘competent persons’ for these high risk processes to be able to execute them safely in location. Examination and ESB branded certification included.
